- This prize has no monetary value for purposes of this raffle and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Purchaser agrees that participation in this raffle is voluntary and under full consent of said purchaser
- Purchaser/participant agrees to grant organizers (Radio Wilder and the Be Kind People Project) the ownership and right to use and/or publish the names of entries for our sole use only
- Name of purchasers/participants will never be sold to another party
- Entries are secured/recorded through purchase(s) made via our ticket cart(s)
