• After expenses, remaining proceeds will go to the Be Kind People Project
• Must be 18 years or older to participate
• This prize has no monetary value for purposes of this raffle and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Purchaser agrees that participation in this raffle is voluntary and under full consent of said purchaser
• Purchaser/participant agrees to grant organizers (Radio Wilder and the Be Kind People Project) the ownership and right to use and/or publish the names of entries for our sole use only
• Name of purchasers/participants will never be sold to another party
• Entries are secured/recorded through purchase(s) made via our ticket cart(s)
• All raffle sales are final
• Winner to be drawn at the forensic accounting firm, Sabnekar & Associates Pllc, Phoenix, Arizona
